Helpful Booking Information
- All appointments are scheduled in 15 to 30 minute time slots. Actual scan time varies based on gestational age, baby’s cooperation, punctuality, paperwork completion, and breaks as needed.
- If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to maintain the quality of the experience for all clients.
- You are welcome to take photos, record video, or FaceTime during your scan.
- If acceptable images are not captured during your session, a return visit may be offered at no charge at the technician’s discretion.
- We are a locally owned, mom-owned small business with over 10 years of experience, and we are committed to providing a high-quality, caring experience for every family.
If we don’t get clear images during your appointment, we welcome you back at no charge. Return visits are at the technician’s discretion based on baby’s cooperation.
Military and Public Servant Discount
Thank you for your service. We are happy to apply 20% off your package, not combined with any other offers.
Return Client Discount
Returning clients receive $10 off future ultrasound packages. This applies to visits within the same pregnancy or for new pregnancies. We also honor returning clients whose scans were completed with us at Great Expectations HD Ultrasound from 2014 to 2019.
Do you charge extra for multiples?
Nope. In fact, multiples are some of our favorite scans. Just let us know when you book your appointment so that we can plan a little extra time for you.
